If they're not hungry, they typically keep their eating window closed until they're hungry. I, on the other hand, am not only working on adjusting my window for a future extended vacation, but also, I take certain supplements and medications that HAVE to be taken at the same time each day with food. Plus, I know myself, and I will absolutely start snacking on bad things if I don't eat when my window is set to open.
